This apartment will make you fall in love of the energy and light of the modern Barcelona. It has recently been renovated and well-furnished. It lodges up to 6 people: two double bed bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds. It also has two bathrooms. In this 109 m2 you will find all the necessary amenities for a memorable holiday in the Catalan capital.
The apartment is located in a building with lift and situated near Plaza Catalunya, the main square in Barcelona. The spacious and bright living room, with white walls offers you a relaxing
and well-equipped area with plasma TV, DVD player, 1 armchair, air conditioner, a sofa. The living room opens onto a balcony, ideal to enjoy the morning breeze having breakfast in the morning sun. On the other side, it opens onto the dining room with a big crystal table and four chairs.
Next to the living room area you will find a modern kitchen where home-made food can be served directly at the kitchen table. Any recipe can be cooked because in the kitchen you will find all the equipment you need: oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, kitchenware, cutlery and pots, dishwasher and washing machine as well.
The bedrooms are 3: 2 of them with king size bed with balcony access, one of them has in-suite bathroom. The other one equipped with two single beds. All rooms have a built-in wardrobe and are whitewashed with a light violet, blue and pink that conceive an idea of tranquillity.
Both bathroom have a large sink, a bath, a bidet and useful shelves and cabinets.
